That did it. I noticed when looking at the available commands that I am actually missing a lot of them on the top menu for some reason. Is there a list anywhere of what a standard menu should contain? For example, on my build menu I only have Build Solution, Rebuild Solution (I just added it), and Build [the name of my currently opened project]... or a way to reset it to the default items?
