Yes, Project Manager was open, but I'm still getting the same error message when I close it as well as everything in VFP. When I click "OK" to the "Error #111..." message, the following message pops up:

"Alias SETUPWIZARD is not found ... Cancel-Suspend-Ignore-Help".

After I hit cancel my Tools->Wizards menu is greyed out and I have to quit and restart VFP (5.0) to get them back in my menu.

Could something be wrong with my version of VFP?? Thanks!
