I think it is plenty of time to catch the 4:30pm flight if you wish so, as for you it is a domestic flight, and you should check-in 1 hour in advance, isn't it that? The airport is not more than 20 minutes driving from MicroFour.

As for anyone staying over, I don't know that yet. I probably will, but haven't booked my flight until now, so I don't know for sure. I will check with them to see if they know something and let you know.

>I see we will finish at 3pm on Friday. I am about to get my plane ticket. Trying to decide if I should book a 4:30pm flight on Friday or stay over until Saturday.

>>Yep, the Marriot is just beside the MicroFour building where the classes take place. There are 2 of them, one is a bit more expensive than the other, but both very nice. I stayed in the Fairfield Inn last time. I think these 2 are your best choices.

>>>I just went to the SF forum to find out about Sharp-Shooter and checked it out on the site. Looks very nice. I look forward to seeing what it can do. I'll definitely install Express and play with it a bit before I get to Amarillo. Right now I'm just trying to read up as much as I can on all things .NET and to experiment with SF as much as I can.
>>>
>>>My main interest right now is in figuring out how to make use of parameterized views to minimize network traffic. A lot of the beginner examples rely on pulling way too many child records and setting a filter and that is just not going to scale beyond a demo.
>>>
>>>I see it is definitley easy to do, I just need to get clear in my mind what the best-practices are.
>>>
>>>I think this class is really going to be time well-spent.
>>>
>>>On the map it looks like three or four of the hotels are right across the street from Microfour - is that the case?
>>>
>>>
>>>>Yeah, it is going to be great to meet you.
>>>>Talk about learning every day... this .NET thing is making me deal with so many new things... in the begining was scary, but now it is a lot of fun. Right now I am integrating Report Sharp-Shooter into my application. And you probably read on the StrataFrame Forum that they are going to post samples of how to easily do it. This report engine looks great.
