Yupp,
had to do that once as one subcontractor had forgotten to add their changes into SSafe for a systematic part of their releases. I recreated a source tree for all in between releases similar to the way Victor described, but for my "new" version I recalled the last commented source, refoxed the exe from that release and did a recursive FC logging the differences from both recompiles (non commented source only) into txt file over the project. Afterwards I examined the changes and added them to the commented version.
