Man I will respect your point of view, but I don't share it, the Irak war was because USA wanted to control the oil, that's all, so your government are killing American soldiers, and Irak civilians for money, do you see the point here? Irak was in a much stable way with Saddam, Saddam never attack USA in anyway, so I really think that this war was stupid and not necessary at all.

>Many thousands. I'm not sure who has the best counts - It might be Iran or one of the other Islamic butcher groups that directly target the civilians who would have the best count since they are the ones doing the grand majority of all the killing.

>Who cares? Luckily the west is still dependant on Middle-East oil, otherwise the area would be almost completely back (notable exceptions Israel and Turkey) to the early middle-ages feudal lifestyle they enjoyed through the mid-late 20th century.

>From my point of view, I hope the US gets over oil dependency as soon as possible so we can get out of there and let the different Islamic factions finish each other off. I know I've cut my oil consumption by more than half over the last five years - I'm really tired of feeding terrorists.
I never forget a face, but in your case I will make an exception :-)
