The whole Big 10 conference is overrated and the Buckeyes epitomize it. What Florida did to them in the BCS game last year is what any SEC team can do to any Big 10 team any week. The game is just plain faster and more athletic there.
I would personally rather watch SEC than Big 10 for exactly the reasons you state. 3 yards and a cloud of dust isn't nearly as much fun.
I am very disappointed in USC and LSU as they are more my idea of what college ball should be.
