In a few months I hope to retire from programming, and do something that I like such as teaching music. I look forward to that day. Having spent most of my working days as an electronics engineer I will miss that.

As for programming, it pays the bills and with the new SOX requirements and so on it is becomming more important to fill out reports, charts and graphs then it is to write good code! :)
