Hi all

In all the accounting/inventory apps I have made, I have to had to provide drop-down autocomplete comboboxes as help to the user to select Accounts and Items. These cbo depend on a view and the view needs to be refreshed everytime else the newly created accounts/items do not show up. Plus not knowing if the user will request an account/item starting with a particular letter there is no way to parameterize the view, so I just bring in the whole lot of records only to be refreshed in anticipation that someone has added/edited/deleted records.

Is there an efficient cbo floating around that I am not aware of? I use FireBird as the backend if it matters.
