Many, Many years ago we used Recital BEFORE we moved our application to FoxPro.

We used Recital as a Xbase unix development platform, it worked well but was a character only inteface so we quickly had to move to Windows.

I can see no benefit in using it as a back end over native VFP tables, is there a specific reason you wnat to look at doing this?
