I was shutting down my computer today and noticed a message saying something like "installing update..# of 80". I press the reset button when it was on 20 and interrupted this update. I don't want to have OS automatically install all MSFT updates (I have heard a horror story about it today).
How can I disable and where the OS not to install and/or download automatic updates?
My OS is XP SP2.
