No, The focus is on one of the previous modal forms that called the one that is supposed to be the active form. The one that should be the active form is behind the form that called it.

This does not happen every time and I have not been able to duplicate the problem on my dev machine. It only sporatically happens on one machine where in my app a modal form has a button that calls another modal form that has a button that calls another modal form. After the third one is released, the focus is returned to the first form with the second form that should be the active form behind it and the only thing the user can do is end task to get out.
