We have a server that has literally tens of thousands of files within serveral hundred folders. We need to migrate the data to another server. The problem is this: There are several local accounts that have been added to the server, as well as the IIS-centric IUSR and IWAM accounts, that each have differing degrees of access to different subsets of the myriad folders/files on the server. We need to "clone" those accounts and their associated permissions to those folders/files as part of the migration. In other words, it's not just a data migration. It's also an account & permissions migration.

Furthermore, there are also several domain-based identities that have access to those folders/files. That ACL info also needs to migrate. (We are migrating to another machine in the same domain).
How to accomplish this?
