Here's something else that came up in another thread. Look for this key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto\shell\open\command that should give you the default email client. It at least points to the right place with OE set as the default email client on my machine. You'd have to check if Netscape setups up that key but it should because mailto: is what drives clickable email links on web pages.
