A couple of years ago I used the info in the Article that Tracy pointed out earlier, and added PDF printing to my programs where I work. I can specify the file name that I want the PDF to have and the users don't have to do anything.

I also use CutePDF Writer on all workstations so that users can create PDF's from non-VFP applications.
