Note : there must be no internetexplorer pages open.
Also not only VFP that looses, I have to process it in a loop. So instences are created and destroyed. When Vfp is running in background and no IE pages are opened , Other applications (eg. another instance of VFP) gets and looses focus .

This doent occur when IE page is opened and selected
