No, it does not, its just to overcome the pageframe bugs.

I have always wanted to see how the Accessibility Browser works, maybe someone can figure it out, and we can use that to get left, top, width, height of every object in a form.

That app is able to draw a yellow highlight around every control in a form, using accessibility, so there must be a way to write a function that accepts an object and returns its position, size, and other information
Do Home(1) + "tools\msaa\accbrow.app"
Try it in a form with a grid, see how it highlights every control in the grid. Hell, you can even get the text in every textbox of the grid, no matter if it is the current record.

Also you can navigate up the containership hierarchy of a control.

I think this looks very promising, never had the chance to sit down and look at it.
