That's for my old problem...my new problem is this...

I have a form which uses the a value on the form to create a new instance of the form and display that value as the primary key.
e.g. I have a form which keeps track of jobs. Each job has a job number. A revision can be created from this form by using what the user types in to create a new job.

But when it loads up, all the controls on the form are disabled and contain no data
