Yep I thought so. Just heard back from the proprietary people and it is limited to 252 by their buffer size. Of course it is fixed in their latest release for only x hundred dollars. HMMM let me see I am writing this stuff in VFP in order to get my customers away from the proprietary stuff and all they have to do is pay a few thousand dollars to upgrade the system they are leaving in order to leave it.
