Hi Bob,
In order to make .bmp transparent but still have some areas "white" you need a .msk file, which is simply a black and white .bmp file which matches the size of the original .bmp. All the non-transparent areas should be colored black and the transparent region white. Any white bits in the .bmp which are colored black in the .msk will remain white in Foxpro buttons, toolbars, lists etc.
