It seems that when I add 2 or 3 records in a table buffer
the ultimate record numbers are not assigned in the
order of creation. For instance I create three records
with sequential integer keys and save and get:

recno() child key parent key
192377 212176 177864
192378 212177 177864
192376 212178 177864

The pratical effect of this is that the child records
do not show in a logical order in the child biz object
grid in my form. (They are displayed in record number
order.)

The child records are indexed by the parent key in
accordance with the data environment which sets
a relation from the parent to the child records.
Apparently the record number is used as a secondary
order in the index.

Any suggestions?
