I am interested in opinions about remote support software.
At this time, I am leaning towards the type where the end user clicks on an icon on a WEB site which starts a chat session.
The end user can then allow the support technician to control his/her keyboard and mouse, transfer files, etc.
I would appreciate any first-hand experience and URLs of independant reviews and comparisons.
The information that I have found so far seems to be published by the manufacturers of the software.
