That login page is the default page for those who can't type in a correct userid and password. Maybe that is why I never saw it :-)(g).

Believe me I read the html on the welcome page many times, just never could figure out the correct name of the form. I found only two form names on the welcome screen and neither worked. I'm still not sure what form name I would use for the login section that is on the welcome screen. However using the url you referenced solved the problem.
