Thanks for the kind words, Cecil. May we use (some of) them as a testimonial on our website?

>I have to say that I was so impressed by both the young and the old FoxPro gurus, developers, etc. that we have in this community. I've really never been to a better conference. I think we had a total of 181 in attendance, which includes instructors, staff and attendees. Then you had at least 9 vendors, and Will brought many of his books (sorry I have msot of them already Will).

>I had to laugh with all others when Christof mentioned something like, "Oh, FoxPro is dead!" That got a good laugh. Didn't FoxPro die back in 1996?
>
>The weather was quite mild for the conference.
>
>For me, Sedna, VFPx Tools and Components, as well as the SQL Server and MySQL Classes were the coolest.
>
>Ken Levy was recognized the night of the Keynote address. I had to leave for a dinner date with my wife and another couple who live in Mesa, so I wasn't able to say Hi to Ken. Hi Ken!
>
>I'm just an old man (54) who has stayed in FoxPro since falling in love with this development tool back in 1990 while I served in the Navy for Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Port Hueneme, California (1990-1991). I used the old 2.0 FoxPro for DOS on a 386 CPU at McDonnell Douglas. Man, can you believe that it actually worked?
>
>Can anyone believe how far this product has gone?
>
>It is because of the many superior developers in this community that we have such a great product, and I believe it can only get better.
>
>Nothing compares to Visual FoxPro, nothing.
