I am trying to create a database back-end for a software training tool. It requires screen captures with the instructions. I would like to store these as a data column image data type. I am not sure how the image can be put into the column, or how it can be referenced in a user interface (such as Access or SQL Reports).

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
