I changed some code in a form and compiled it. When I ran the app the window displayed full screen. It has a pageframe on it that display correctly. I checked the form properties after suspending the app and all are as expected. WindowState is 0, all max properties are -1, and the height and width are correct. Any ideas, I have no idea what I changed.
