The registry entries that indicate that you have a design-time license for the control have become corrupted. Reinstalling VFP should fix this problem, but it usually doesn't. Instead, go to the files area here and to the Visual FoxPro in General Section. Find and download FoxReg.exe. Follow the instructions and it will fix your registry entries.
