IMHO, in general Camtasia is a little powerfull than Macromedia.. Easier, cool feature of zoom in.. And, so much possibility to generate different files formats.. Macromedia only export to .swf (flash)..
But, Macromedia has some features, as the simulation of mouse movement that complete Camtasia..
for now, with a only one possibility to have.. I'll keep far away with Camtasia.. And recommend it a lot.. Cool stuff !!
