Absolutely, but that doesn't stop me from having an opinion based on what I know at a given time. If you live your life waiting for "all" the facts, you will never move or make any decision.

It is appropriate approach for programmer working in MS created environment. But not in the real life when other facts are available and you need to make serious decision. Otherwise the "opinion" is a speculation, nothing else.
