You know, we wonder why it is that the Japanese are living longer and have better health? it is because they do the right things; we take so many prescription drugs in this country and eat so many bad things. Think about how many commericals for drugs you see every night on Television; the representative tells you to ask your Dr. for the drug, then they very quietly tell you a few of the major side affects, which are worse than the original health problem sometimes. Yikes!
