Chris, would this handle simple scheduling for a Driver Instructor company?

You'd have a student table, a driver instructor table and I suppose a table for the scheduling (dates/times). It should look like a typical Doctor's scheduling book with times for each day, but across the top would be the names of each instructor with their assignments below in rows.

I've found printing of the DBI schedule a bit restrictive (no programmtic landscape printing option... you have to select landscape on the printer dialogue w/ each print or implement an admin-user rights batch solution which we could not do). Although they may have addressed that with verison 8. eXontrol uses a treeview type feature for the left side of the schedule so you can collapse and expand data elements. This was missing from earlier versions of the DBI control, but they may have added it to their more recent versions.
