Oh, apparently you are right, I see I have Sleep.EXE in Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools, to tell you the truth, I was about to recommend you to use vbs for your bats are getting more sophisticated, but before trying to write the code in vbs using Sleep API within vbs, I tried Sleep in a batch and worked to my surprise.
