>From my chemistry classes, water is a molecule with one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms. Anything else, it is not water. The molecules don't stick together or cluster either (it is a liquid). Also the molecular binding does not hold molecules together. Also, I don't believe you can have a charge because then it is ionic (the H2O that is). Now you can have other ions in the water -- but then it is not "pure"....
Yeah, I'm real, real doubtful about these claims . . .
