Really. Misleading? Doesn't change the facts of the assumption. Regardless of whether the employee's unethical behavior was indirectly related to their job, the Tattler had many other options than going to the employer. You can never convince me that the Tattler could have any justification in what they did. It seems fair to you? In that scenario things are in balance? Someone steps on your foot and you shoot them? Nice.
