In my case I need to use VFP5 for this report. (That's what the company has and this program has been basically maintenance free until this employee's default printer changed - no, I can't change him back)

>Which version of VFP? If you have VFP9 (or VFP8), you can uncheck Save printer environment (Tools->options->Reports. Now VFP will stop populating these fields with workstation specific information.
