I think by this point there is no doubt who Person A and Person B are. I am trying to save judgement because not all facts are know, and Person B's intent is not know. If a firing was the intent, then this is a bad bad thing that happened. If a warning or notice was the intent and the firing was the result, then it might not be so bad, but still out of bounds.
