What you say is true, but sometimes there is a power imbalance in which one party uses its power, connections and vendor award status to gather and selectively present information in a concerted campaign to destroy another. Being "neutral" in such a situation is to condone the result. Should you and I be picking out silverware? ;)
Just kidding, I agree again with you all the way. And for the record....back in June you had a series of UT post exchanges with one of the inviduals involved. At the time, I remember chiming in with a few comments that could easily have been construed as supporting the position of the other person. I went back and read them, and I think I now see some points you were making.
