I remember I had this problem about one year ago and I believe it's something related to the order of the installation of the VS components (because for some installations I had this problems, for others I didn't).

The solution is to copy some files from one directory to another :), but, unfortunately, I don't remember details. :( I think you should copy the dumpbin.exe file to vc\bin or SharedIDE\bin directories and run it from there.
