Sorry, but it seems this is a difficult task. We searched MS KB and also tried Google, but this information is not provided anywhere. Also unlike other Oultook emails, there is no "View Source" Option when you right click on the Calendar emails. Perhaps MS Does not want people to know how this feature works?

I am surprised that others did not encounter this issue before. Integrating our appointment scheduler with Outloook is a popular request. Since there are many users of our system, sending an email with the appointment information seems like the only viable way for this integration.
