>Um, it is, but then it's not much of a flag - c'mon, just putting one's seal on a single colored flag doesn't sound too creative to me. At least it's a seal, not a shield, and it shares my distaste for tyrants, which is all fine... it's just that it doesn't allow me to have that flag on UT - which is less than the proud citizens of DPR Congo or Isle of Man can choose.
