Well, he obviously feels that he needs to further divest himself of his assets. Yet, he seems to think he should give it to an inefficient, wasteful organization that will give it to other countries, people who refuse to work, politicians and their friends, etc. ad nauseum. He may be a wise investor, but I think the wisdom stops there!
