Have you tried using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in SQL Server 2005? It was called Data Transformation Services in SQL Server 2000. I don't know what the problem is with the upsizing wizard in VFP, but I had pretty good luck with DTS in SQL Server 2000.
