Seriously, Inno is WAY faster to load, WAY faster to compile, WAY faster to install, WAY faster to uninstall, and uses ordinary text script files rather than a proprietary database to hold installation information. I've been using it for several years after I ran into InstallShield issues and haven't looked back.

If this advice was coming from someone other than Doug Henning I’d probably continue working with Installshield for as long as it took. I can't believe all the time and money I’ve spent on Installshield. Economically speaking, it’s just a sunk cost. I’ll get started with Inno Setup right away. I can’t afford to lose any more time. Thanks Doug!
