Only if they wanted to lose all their fans. North American fans don't want to see guys dragging each other down. They want to see bodies flying through the air.

Besides, I'm not sure a guy about 110 kilos (about 240 pounds) who runs the 60 yard dash in 6 seconds is interested in modifying his behaviour. He's more interested in modifying an opposition player's structure.
