We should be people that the community looks up to, and not only as it pertains to technical issues, but in our behavior and attitudes as well. We're all human, and we all make mistakes, but I wouldn't call vindictiveness a "mistake", it's a character flaw.

If you say that it could be done in another better way, normally the answer is that they sent the code just for better undestanding. All we can say is Thank You, or send them compliments.

>>Cesar from Zurubadjian, Zimbabwe, it may be that you're unconsciously setting up here a straw man argument (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man), but I recall a thread that may explain how how you come to this argument. Do you have a reference to the thread I recall?

Cesar from Zurubadjian, Zimbabwe, thanks for the advice. Finally back in the US again. And in the neighboorhood of Naomi. On the other side, this makes me an illegal immigrant now, but I hope I will get some protection over there. ;)

Constructive frustration is the breeding ground of genius.
If there’s no willingness to moderate for the sake of good debate, then I have no willingness to debate at all.
Let's develop superb standards that will end the holy wars.
