I have an Xbox 360, and they have an add-on for 180 bucks that is an HD DVD player and also upscales SD DVD's. It also comes with 5 HD DVD's to pick from a list, 2 HD DVD's out of anything, and season 1 of Heroes in HD DVD. That is my Xmas present to myself.
