That's why I wrote that this depends on how you define a week. You have at least two things to consider. Do you mean WHOLE weeks? If so, every month has 4 months, without execption. But, if the week must start at a given weekday AND you want to count the whole weeks, you must include Set("Fdow") in your formula.
