We are importing an excel spreadsheet with a column of numbers with decimals(actualy these are diagnosis codes that can be alpha also) . The column is formated as text as we want the data to come into VFP as text . The numbers are all comming into VFP as decimals with many zeros appeneded to the end. So 781.7 is comming in as 781.700000000000.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
