You did not indicate the VFP version number. I read the rest of the thread and saw you had a solution, but also note that there was a problem in VFP 9 that caused error 1545 and, possibly, error 2072 (it's been awhile - hard to remember). Anyway, that error was fixed in VFP 9 SP1, thankfully. Just thought this might be part of your issue.
