Didn't get into baseball at that early of an age. Dad preferred football, so I grew up on Vince Lombardi's Packers and Bear Bryant's Crimson Tide. Did watch 'Ghosts of Brooklyn' on HBO and thought it was a sad turn of affairs that the owner wanted to stay in Brooklyn, had the site picked out and just needed permission and couldn't get it from the NY Development Czar because the Czar wanted them in Queens. "Queen Dodgers".....now there's a name to strike fear into opposing pitchers.

Also found it interesting that when the Dodgers moved to LA, they also talked the hated Giants into moving to SF in a two for one to give the Dodgers someone else to play on the West Coast besides the Padres.
