Standard week doesn't exist. There's the week-beginning-on-Sunday, then on Monday, then there's a "week in the month" defined as "with at least one day in that month", then "with at least four days in that month"... and I've seen Walmart have its own definition of what's the first week of the year and when does a week count as 53rd week of the year (these two are some time in February, IIRC).

So, week is as we define it.
